I like all aspects of this hotel It is exceptionally comfortable with good beds and an excellent breakfast awaiting guests each morning. The front of house staff at reception, breakfast staff and all other departments are always cheerful, happy and welcome guest with a happy disposition. The location is great and only few minutes walk to the Yumbo centre. I have stayed here previously for me this is my no 1 favourite hotel here in Playa del Ingles. Well done all at the Neptuno. See you again very soon.

And whilst waiting for me room to be ready, she gave me a free breakfast. - Alejandro helped me settled the bill and assisted me to Book a taxi on the day of my chaeck out.

Good food with wide variety of fresh food and different menus every day with plenty of meat, fish and veg dishes. Friendly staff. Surprisingly quiet rooms; despite being near the Jumbo centre, the soundproofed windows kept all noise out, and the secondary inside door kept the noise from the street through the room front door out too.

The pool was beautiful, and complementary sangria was a lovely touch. Room was nice and comfortable, I liked that all the room balconies had a view overlooking the pool. Housekeeping service was very good and quick. Breakfast was good. Hotel service staff and reception were friendly. The gate to Yumbo was really convenient.

The only downside was having to put your towel down to reserve a sun lounger before breakfast! All inclusive food was great but some days got a bit boring ! The midday sangria was holiday highlight!
